At Drone Sky Tech, all purchases are considered final sale. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges under any circumstances.

This policy applies to, but is not limited to, the following situations:

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Incorrect or accidental orders

  • Compatibility concerns

  • Product condition claims made after delivery

  • Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or user error

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.


Why We Don’t Accept Returns

We specialize in limited-availability and high-demand drone equipment, including open-box, inspected, and discounted inventory. Every unit is professionally tested prior to shipment to ensure functionality and authenticity.

To maintain fair pricing, accurate inventory, and fast fulfillment, we operate on a no-return business model.


Shipping Issues or Transit Damage

If your package is lost or arrives damaged in transit, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

While Drone Sky Tech does not guarantee refunds or replacements for carrier-related issues, we will assist you in submitting a claim with the shipping provider (typically UPS or FedEx) and provide supporting documentation when required.

Final resolution is determined by the carrier.


Warranty Disclaimer

Drone Sky Tech does not provide warranties of any kind.

All products are sold as-is, with no guarantees beyond authenticity and pre-shipment inspection. If your item qualifies for manufacturer coverage, warranty claims must be handled directly with DJI.
