At Drone Sky Tech, we prioritize fast and reliable delivery. Orders ship directly from our U.S. fulfillment centers located in California and New Jersey, allowing us to serve customers nationwide with reduced transit times. Shipments are fulfilled using trusted carriers including UPS and FedEx, with USPS utilized for select smaller parcels or PO Box deliveries.

Shipping Carriers
We primarily ship via:

For lightweight items or PO Box addresses, USPS may be used when appropriate.
Carrier selection is determined automatically based on destination, package size, and warehouse location.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking details.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking activity to appear after label creation.
Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Most orders within the continental United States arrive within 2–5 business days after shipment, depending on distance from our California or New Jersey facilities.
Shipping Area
At this time, we ship within the United States only.
International shipping is not currently available.
Signature Requirement
Certain high-value shipments may require signature confirmation upon delivery.
Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive your package.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
Once a package has been handed over to the carrier, delivery responsibility transfers to UPS, FedEx, or USPS.
If your shipment is lost or arrives damaged:

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please verify your shipping information carefully at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

We guarantee that every order leaves our warehouse in proper condition and with the selected shipping service. Delivery timelines after shipment are dependent on carrier performance and are not guaranteed by Drone Sky Tech.
