Welcome to Drone Sky Tech. By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read these terms carefully before placing an order. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use this website.
Drone Sky Tech operates fulfillment facilities in both California and New Jersey to ensure faster delivery across the United States.
Product Condition
We sell new, open-box, and lightly used DJI drones and related equipment. Every product is professionally inspected and tested prior to shipment and guaranteed to be authentic.
Products may be opened for inspection, activation, or quality verification before shipping. Items are repackaged with original accessories unless otherwise stated.
All products are sold as-is.
No Returns or Exchanges
All sales are final.
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to:

Accidental purchases

User error

Damage caused after delivery

Improper use
Please confirm product compatibility and specifications before completing your order. If you have questions, contact our support team prior to purchase.
No Warranty
Drone Sky Tech does not provide any warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Products are sold as-is. Any manufacturer warranty (if applicable) must be handled directly with the manufacturer (such as DJI). Warranty eligibility may vary by product and region.
We do not guarantee manufacturer warranty coverage.
Order Processing & Shipping
Orders are fulfilled from our U.S. warehouses located in California and New Jersey, depending on inventory availability.
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
We primarily ship via UPS and FedEx, though alternative carriers may be used when necessary.
Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.
Delivery timelines are estimates only. Drone Sky Tech is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, operational disruptions, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
Some high-value shipments may require signature confirmation.
Shipping Issues: Lost or Damaged Packages
Once a package is handed over to the carrier, responsibility transfers to the shipping provider.
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

We will assist in filing a carrier claim
Drone Sky Tech does not guarantee replacement or reimbursement for carrier-related issues but will provide reasonable assistance during the claims process.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.
We are not liable for delays, losses, or misdeliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses submitted at checkout.
FCC & FAA Compliance Disclaimer
Customers are responsible for operating drones in compliance with all applicable FAA regulations and local laws.
The FCC Covered List and related regulations apply prospectively and do not prohibit ownership or operation of FCC-approved DJI drones already legally authorized in the United States.
We only sell inventory that is physically available in the U.S. and eligible for immediate shipment.
It is the customer’s responsibility to understand applicable federal, state, and local drone regulations prior to flight.
Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall Drone Sky Tech, its owners, employees, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use any product purchased through this website.
This includes but is not limited to:

Use of all products is entirely at your own risk.

We strive to ensure product listings are accurate. However, we do not guarantee that descriptions, images, specifications, or other content are error-free.

Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.
We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time.
Payment must be completed in full at checkout. We do not offer installment plans or deferred payment options unless explicitly stated.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of California and applicable federal laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any legal action or dispute shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California.
